Terms of Use
The deal is simple, so these terms can be too. Here's what you're buying, what you can do with it, and the promises we're making back.
1guide is a service operated by Soki World LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Soki World LLC.
What your purchase buys
One payment — the price shown at checkout — buys a personal license to the full guide: your personalized plan, the full handbook, and the print copy. The license never expires — no renewal, no clock, and no subscription is required to keep any of it.
Personal means personal: it's for you and the mirror you stand in front of. Please don't resell the guide, republish it, or pass copies around — the studies behind it are public, but this distillation of them is what you paid for.
Beyond the handbook
If we offer hands-on coaching as a paid subscription, it will carry its own price. It only ever adds to what you own today: nothing you bought moves behind that subscription, ever. The handbook is complete on its own — coaching is a separate decision, later, if you want it.
Refunds
If it doesn't stick, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it. Keep the handbook. That's the whole policy: email hello@superbit.ai within 7 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and we'll refund the purchase in full. You don't need a reason and we won't ask for a performance.
What this product is (and isn't)
The guide is educational content: the published research on skincare, distilled and ordered for your answers. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a clinician. If something on your skin worries you — a mole that's changed, a rash that won't settle, a reaction to a product — see a doctor, not a handbook.
Your account
Sign-in works by codes and links we email you, so your email address is your key. Keep it current, and keep the inbox yours — anyone who can read your email can open your account.
The usual legal basics
We work to keep the product accurate, available, and worth what you paid, and we don't promise perfection: the service is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us. If we update these terms, the new version appears here with a new date at the top; changes never shrink a license you already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, where Soki World LLC is organized.
